Today I will post 2 healthy Christmas ideas as yesterday I was busying at my graduation ceremony! It was such a fabulous night, shared with my fellow Dietitian graduates and family.
On this black Friday the 13th, I will share a favourite of mine, the classic gingerbread biscuit. I have sourced a healthier version courtesy of Sanitarium. It has wholemeal flour for more fibre to fill you up on Christmas day and margarine instead of butter for less saturated fat and cholesterol. The picture shown is purely for decorative purposes , but I think the biscuits look fabulous tied to the little milk bottles. There are just so many cute Christmas ideas.
