My healthy tip for this week is to try to pack your own lunches for work. Not only does this save you money in the long term, it also means you have a lot more control over what goes in your mouth. Buying salads and sandwiches out may seem like a good option (and they are much better than a burger), but there is often excess sodium and saturated fats in spreads and commercial meats, not to mention large servings of cheese. So spend an extra 10 minutes at night preparing something for the next day. Your health and bank balance will thank you.
