What can I expect from the non-diet approach?


In practice, the non-diet approach is quite different to traditional weight loss counselling session, which would usually involve weighing, keeping strict food diaries, counting calories and setting out rules of “good” and “bad” foods.

Instead, a much more flexible space is held to explore what your hunger cues are, which are different in everyone. Discussions are had around diet culture and how it skews our view of health. Intuitive eating skills will be introduced while you learn how to listen to your innate hunger and ultimately honour it.

When you truly reach a place of honouring your hunger, there is no need to overcompensate with food.
